Fruit Doves Series

The "Fruit Doves" series celebrates these beautifully colorful birds, vital to forest ecosystems as seed dispersers. Sadly, many species face severe threats, including deforestation, habitat destruction, illegal wildlife trade, and climate change - leading to their classification as vulnerable, endangered, or even extinct. Through this series, I aim to highlight their unique beauty while raising awareness of the urgent need to protect them and their habitats. 

 

As part of this project, I’ve published a limited edition calendar, featuring 14 species of fruit doves, each accompanied by short facts and nature-related holidays for every month.
